UG – B.tech - Any Specialization, Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Information Technology, Marketing
Duties & Responsibility:
• Develop a revenue growth strategy that not only focuses on financial growth but also customer satisfaction
• Market Research to identify new markets and prospects
• Effectively representing the company in business meetings with clients
• Preparing proposals/ sales contracts as per rules and guidelines
• Identifying new sales leads and pitching products/services accordingly
• Communication with clients (after sales) to maintain the client-relationship
• Good understanding of various analytics tools to understand customer behavior
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target/results-driven approach
• Good business sense, financial planning, marketing skills, sales strategy development and implementation.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Manage challenging situations and difficult stakeholders.
INR 1,80,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
