RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect, identify, and contact potential customers to accurately assess customer needs relative to the characteristics of their business. Hunting and gathering with strategic target accounts.
Drive inbound marketing & sales for IT services like App Development, Web Development, Digital Marketing etc.

Solid understanding of IT services offering (Development, Testing and Infrastructure services). Able to communicate the strengths of company's offerings, and overcome objections.
Maintain and expand relationships with strategic accounts. C- Level relationship and mapping.
Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Develop client relationships at the CXO level; sell solutions, professional services and/or IT software services.
100% ownership of Sales & Marketing Development Cycle.
Create Sales pitch/decks for presentations to prospective clients, campaigns and/or online presentations.
Own proposal and SoW creation, tracking to closure and further on renewals. (Good to have).
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.
An understanding of the offshore Business, preferably hands on experience in an Indian IT services organizations.
Should be well versed with contact discovery.
Reach out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate leads.
Collect BI (Business Intelligence) as required.
Qualify the leads on given criteria and share it with client for further con call/ face to face meeting.


SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE:
Strong understanding of technology domain and the influence of disruptive technologies on business verticals in North America and India.
Create and effectively present webinars representing the company on variety of topics for brand building and lead generation.

PIPELINE & DATABASE MANAGEMENT:
Actively build, manage and report on Sales pipeline.
Proven expertise in inside sales based pipeline building for offshore IT Services.
Proven expertise in database building and management for marketing.
Proven expertise of maintaining pipeline of qualified and prospective clients.

LEAD GENERATION:
Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent sales stages.
Possess strong and proven expertise in IT Services sales, lead generation, cold calling.
Strong expertise and creativity in running campaigns for database building and lead generation.
Proven expertise of maintaining the database of prospects and customers.
Hands on expertise in managing email and other social media campaigns end-to-end.
Hands on expertise with building company portfolio in Upwork and other freelancer platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 - 5 years of experience in B2B Sales experience, predominantly inside sales in client acquisition in India.
Strongly emphasis on a consultative sales approach over "cold calling" approach.
Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing is preferred.
Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in small team/individual.
High motivation and ambition level for rapid career and financial growth.
Proven success in client orientation. Ability to build strong relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated proficiency in consensus and team building.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional presentation skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
